As we know IBPS Clerk is round the corner and we are left with at most 2 weeks to prepare for the exam and this year there are 12000+ vacancies in 13 nationalized bank, and it is a great opportunity
for those are were not got selected in various exams round the year.
So in this part of my blog i am sharing 10 miscellaneous questions that you can encounter in IBPS Clerk 2019 exam, you heard it right just 10 question which are very crucial from the exam point of view, i can bet you will get the same questions in the exam with some minor changes but the method of doing the question will be same.
we all know that everyone attempt 20-25 question in the numerical section.., as per the data released by a mock test taking firm 65% of the student's attempts lies between 20-25 in the numerical section, so by analyzing this data we can surely interpret that miscellaneous will play a crucial role in deciding the performance of a particular candidate, the one who attempts the miscellaneous part after doing those 25 question increases his chances of getting selected by almost 85%.
so in this blog i will share those sure shot 10 types of miscellaneous question that will be be asked in IBPS Clerk 2019.
questions are as follows:
(Boat and Stream)
1- A boat running downstream covers a distance of 4.2 km in 12 min. if the same boat at same speed and same distance require 15 mins for upstream. the speed of the stream is.?
(Profit & Loss)
2- A shopkeeper marked a shirt 40% above the cost price and then gave a discount of 10%. he made a net profit of Rs. 702 after paying a tax of 10% on the gross profit. what is the cost price of the shirt?
3- A shopkeeper gives a 10% discount on the marked price of Rs. 40000 of a machine and still earns a 25% profit. What is the profit percentage if the selling price is Rs. 35000?
(Averages)
4- An Engineering college claims an average test pass rate of 7.6%. what is the least number of students required to achieve this result?
(Time and Work)
5- Pawan is thrice as efficient as Rathi. if Rathi does a work in 57 days days, in how many days will they together complete four times one third of the work?
6- A certain number of men can complete a piece of work in 100 days. if there were 5 men less, they would have taken 20 days more to complete the work. find how many men were there originally?
(Partnerships)
7- Seema and Reena start a business as partners. They invest in the ratio 5:6. at the end of 8 months, Seema withdraws. if they received profits in the ratio of 5:9, for how long was Reena's investment
used?
(Speed, Time and Distance)
8- A man sitting in train travelling at the rate of 60 km/hr observes that it takes 15 sec for a good train travelling in the opposite direction to pass him. if the goods train is 300 m long, find its speed.?
9- A train of length 549 m travelling at a speed of 70 km/hr crosses 30 poles, with the distance between the two consecutive poles being the same, in 4 min 3 seconds, what is that distance between the two poles?

10- A person borrowed Rs. 7500 at 16% compound interest. How much does he have to pay at end of 2 years to clear the loan?
