Hi all,
Hope you all are doing good,

Every year at most 14-15 banking and financial institution conduct there exams for selection of candidates as Assistants, Clerks, PO/MT, SO, scale 1/2 etc.
These exams are mainly conducted through IBPS (institute of banking personal selection) and therefore exam pattern remains same with easy to moderate level of difficulties and almost 20-25 lakhs students appear for these exams from which only 50,000 gets selected by these organisation, in mathematical term we can say only 2.5% of the total candidates get there desired job at the end of the year.
So in order to bag a seat in those 2.5% of the population one need to be a smart player, studying for 8-12 hours daily and not getting selected at the end is the wastage of your time and energy, to crack one of the banking exams one need to have a proactive approach with smart learning, preparing topics which are necessary for that particular exam is a part of smart learning, one should know that these are the question which will definitely come in exam and i need to practice those with full dedication.
In this blog series we will together start learning and doing question those are right for the exam, with my proper knowledge of the banking exam i will share all strategies, exam pattern, preparation time table, proper sets of questions etc, so that you guys can prepare smarter rather than ending up mugging whole of the syllabus.
always remember you don't have to come first in the banking exam you just have to secure one seat from the total so prepare smartly.
